Yeah brittle stars. They do no harm as long as you keep them fed.

I'd like to apologize for any mix ups on peoples corals or loss of corals on the last order. I feel a bit responsible of these f**k ups but I'm only a middle man. UPS are mostly at fault yet again and any problems will be sorted out with joe with replacements or refunds

+1
Thanks for organising everything Graham. There's always the risk of mixups and casualties in these situations - No blame attached to you.

IME UPS are the worst couriers to deal with. Fastway, GLS, DPD, Nightline, DHL all go out of their way to do what they're paid to do. UPS appear to go out of their way NOT to do it. Unfortunately they seem to do the 24hr service from the EU and UK, which also means you can't say what you actually think on the phone to them!!

A question; would corals survive 48 Hrs particularly in the summer?? When they're shipped from their point of origin how long does it take?
I am fairly sure that one particular importer/distributor in the UK orders in his boxes and they are re-boxed (where necessary) and shipped as soon as they hit their premises.

Ups are very bad but I think gls do deliver from Germany too il be asking joe can he use them next time around

Corals will survive 48hrs if the keep their temp, they can last out of water for 24hrs

Il start a new order from today if anyone is interested

New rules are only 3 boxes are going to be ordered so around 30/36 corals max this will cut down on over packaged boxes so less chance of loosing corals or damaged corals

So this means less people can be on each order so be quick to make sure your in this time round
